Hendrick Subaru SouthpointLocation: 200 Kentington Drive, Durham, North Carolina 27713**Summary:** The Xtream Salesperson is responsible for increasing vehicle sales for the dealership by generating sales leads through proper utilization of the Xtream software solution targeting previous customers.**Supervisory Responsibilities:** This job has no direct supervisory responsibilities.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities** **include the following:*** Meets dealership sales goals* Run daily scrubs to generate effective leads for both the New and Used Sales departments, as well as the Finance department.* Greet customers in the Service Drive daily and determine if there are any Xtream opportunities with scheduled service customers’ vehicles.* Engages in business development* Addresses customer concerns* Demonstrate effective follow up and follow through with customers.* Utilize the Xtream database to prepare marketing materials for customers.* Prepare Xtream reports and metrics as requested.* Works closely with sales team, Sales Managers and Service Manager* Maintains CSI at or above Company standards* Maintains an organized, clean and safe work area* Participates in required training* Records all hours worked accurately in company timekeeping system* Follows Safeguards rules and regulations.* Demonstrates the Company’s Core Values* Complies with Company policies and procedures* Observes all Federal, State, Local and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties.* Other duties as assigned**Qualifications:**To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
