We are looking for a friendly, organised and dedicated Wellbeing Coordinator who is seeking a rewarding job within one of our care homes. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing regular organised activities for all residents. These include a variety of social activities such as bingo, singing, sensory equipment and organised local day trips.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience within a care home setting or within an activities type role. The successful candidate will hold a full UK driving licence and be comfortable in driving the Hafod minibus for weekly outings (full training provided).
This is a rewarding and dynamic role with duties split between planning and providing the activities for our residents, managing budgets and general administration tasks so a minimum basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel would be required to carry out this role effectively. This is a permanent role, working 21 hours per week.

Picton Court Nursing home in Porthcawl offers high quality care in beautiful surroundings. Providing residential accommodation for older people (male and female) aged 65+. Picton Court comprises of 76 bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The home is registered to offer nursing and residential care.
