Night Care Assistant (Maternity contract)

We are looking for a friendly and dedicated NightCare Assistant seeking a rewarding job within one of our care homes. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a high level of care to our residents which promotes their independence while safeguarding their dignity. As part of the team, you will participate in the day-to-day activities of the home.

This is a temporary maternity contract working 34.5 hours per week.

What you\’ll do:

1. Provide daily care to the residents of the home, supporting individuals to live as independently as possible.
2. You will work in a team of health care professionals providing individualised care to each resident dependent on their needs.

What you will need:

1. Experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
2. Successful candidates will be caring and passionate about their role and work well in a team towards a common goal.

Picton Court Nursing home in Porthcawl offers high-quality care in beautiful surroundings. Providing residential accommodation for older people (male and female) aged 65+. Picton Court comprises of 76 bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The home is registered to offer nursing and residential care.
