Maintenance Person

We are looking for a friendly and dedicated Maintenance Person who is seeking a rewarding job within our Woodcroft Care Home located in Trowbridge, Cardiff. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the fabric and grounds of the building are maintained and kept to an excellent standard and that all works undertaken comply with health and safety regulations. You will be responsible for ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all residents, visitors and team members.

This is a permanent role working 12-15 hours per week.

Where you will be working

Gwynfa is a residential care home in the Llanishen area of Cardiff and provides accommodation for 16 residents, each with their own private bedroom. The project provides 24-hour care and support for elderly and people who have experienced poor mental health
