Position Overview

You will coach as part of a team alongside other coaches. There is a location manager onsite to help you with parents, first aid and day‑to‑day issues that arise. Classes are run by ability; you will not need to teach classes with a wide range of levels. All group classes have standard lesson plans and skill trees created for you. We are a competitive club encouraging all students to reach their goals and to make each minute matter. Fast‑paced and exciting work environment; your goal is to help gymnasts collect stars and upgrade classes. The role will mainly be teaching Foundations classes and some Somersault classes.

Time & Location

  • Wednesday 5:00‑9:00 pm at New Malden: The Holy Cross School, 25 Sandal Road, New Malden, KT3 5AR
  • Friday 3:45‑6:30 pm at Walton & Hersham: Hersham Village Hall, Hersham, Walton on Thames, Surrey, KT12 5LU
  • Friday 4:00‑9:00 pm at Kingston: Arena, Kingston College, Kingston Hall Road, Kingston Upon Thames, KT1 2AQ
  • Saturday 8:15‑11:30 am at Kingston: Arena, Kingston College, Kingston Hall Road, Kingston Upon Thames, KT1 2AQ

Work Arrangements

This is a casual role with a variable hours contract. You can pick one shift from the above list or multiple shifts. We run 6 days a week from multiple locations so additional work including Group Classes, Private Tuition, Disability One‑to‑One, DMT Add‑Ons and New Member Consultations can be added to increase hours.

Experience and Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in trampoline coaching (we may accept applications with less experience). Level 2 British Gymnastics trampoline coach qualification (we may accept Level 1). Candidates need to be aged 18+.
