We are looking for a Level 2+ qualified trampoline coach to join our fantastic coaching team at our incredible club based in Alton, Hampshire.
Reports To: Director of Coaching
Position Overview
Coaching within a team of trampoline and DMT coaches from recreational to national standard competitors. Our gymnasts are all in different pathways and you will likely coach across different pathways for both our gymnasts and your benefit:
- Our Foundation pathways follow the British Gymnastics Proficiency Scheme, as well as Club and low level Regional competitions.
- Our Development and Performance pathways are for Regional, English and National competitors.
Our preference is for applicants to also have a DMT qualification to fully support the club and gymnasts in both disciplines that Alpha provide.
Times and Location
Tuesday 4:00-8:00pm
Friday 4:30-8:15pm
Saturday 8:30am-2:00pm
For the right candidate, all hours are available as well as some admin hours a week to increase the total to around 20 hours/week. We also run a full timetable of camps and sessions over all holidays - half-terms, Easter, summer, and Christmas, and would be looking for a coach who would be able to support us with those hours additionally.
As a competitive club, we are looking for a coach who can also help support our gymnasts at competitions throughout the year. Attendance will be based on qualification and necessity.
Basis
All coaches are self-employed and responsible for their own tax returns. Competitive rates of pay are offered with a graduated scale for levels of qualification. Our preference is for a coach who is available for the full training block hours, although we will consider reduced hours for the right candidates.
