This is a great opportunity for an Adviser with a client focused Financial Planning firm. Based in Glasgow, they have been advising and servicing their clients for over 20 years. The successful applicant will have some experience advising clients as a Protection Adviser or a Mortgage & Protection Adviser, conducting reviews and providing advice.
You will now want to achieve a Level 4 qualification within 12 months, with our support, while building your experience of dealing with clients. There is the option to work from home or from our office, with our advisers using both arrangements. You will benefit from the support of experienced management and administration teams.
Ongoing training is offered, based on your personal development needs, to ensure you are competent and confident in dealing with clients. Your business development will be supported by our network, Quilter Financial Planning, a leading UK financial services business. Meetings may be completed remotely, although we also meet clients face-to-face by agreement with individual clients who live throughout the UK, many of whom are based in Scotland.
Should you be able to demonstrate integrity, be highly competitive, and be keen to progress as an adviser with real support and guidance, this position could be an excellent opportunity for you.
We offer either a self-employed contract (with an initial draw) or an employed package with benefits. For an employed adviser, this would be a £26k pa salary + bonus = £53k pa OTE. For a self-employed adviser, this would be £64.8k pa OTE (initial financial support is available).
