You will work closely with programme leadership, project teams and business stakeholders to ensure new technology and business processes are embedded successfully, benefits are realised and colleagues are supported throughout the transformation journey.
We are particularly interested in contractors who have:
- Delivered large-scale technology, digital or finance transformation programmes

- Experience joining transformation programmes mid-delivery and quickly adding value
- Led business readiness, stakeholder engagement and user adoption activities

- Conducted change impact and business readiness assessments
- Helped transition programmes from project delivery into BAU
- Applied recognised Change Management frameworks such as Prosci ADKAR, APMG Change Management or similar

The successful individual will be comfortable joining a live programme, quickly building credibility with stakeholders and helping both business and technology teams adopt new systems, processes and ways of working.
