The work spans:
- Strategic pension scheme governance and trustee advisory work
- Complex regulatory and risk-management issues
- Public sector and public service pensions
- Pensions aspects of major corporate transactions and de-risking projects
You'll advise a sophisticated and varied client base, including employers, trustees, insurers and public bodies, with real responsibility and exposure to technically challenging work.
The ideal solicitor must have 6+ PQE qualified experience, operating at Senior Associate or Legal Director level. This includes:
- Strong technical pensions expertise
- The confidence to run complex matters with a high degree of autonomy
- A commercial, pragmatic approach to client advice
- An interest in developing trusted, long-term client relationships
