I have an exciting new opportunity to join a central Strategic Execution team with our Fintech client. You will support an increasing workload across core infrastructure change, cloud initiatives and integration of new business acquisitions. You'll be a hands-on leader for programmes that span regions and functions, working closely with senior stakeholders.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading end-to-end delivery of technology programmes, from initial planning through to programme closure
- Setting up and maintaining programme governance, reporting and controls
- Translating wider strategic objectives into clear programme scope, plans and outcomes
- Managing change delivery within technology environments, including core infrastructure and cloud-related initiatives
- Coordinating integration of newly acquired businesses into the corporate technology environment
- Working with stakeholders across multiple time zones, managing virtual meetings and calls effectively
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience as a hands-on Programme Manager in technology environments within corporate environments
- Strong end-to-end programme ownership, including planning, governance and delivery
- Experience delivering core infrastructure and cloud-related change programmes
- Background in managing integration programmes, involving acquisitions or major organisational change would be an advantage
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to challenge, negotiate and influence at all levels
- Confident engaging with senior stakeholders, including C-suite, across different regions
- Comfortable organising your own workload and availability across multiple time zones
