VP of Strategic Delivery
We are working with our prestigious client to find a VP of Strategic Delivery on an initial 2 year Fixed-Term Contract.
As VP of Strategic Delivery, you will play an integral role in ensuring their strategy is translated into execution including strengthening delivery, ensuring visibility of performance, and protecting value across the organisation.
Key accountabilities and experience
- Act as an enterprise facilitator across strategy, make portfolio investment decisions, delivery execution and business change.
- Partner with the senior leadership team to enable successful delivery execution.
- Lead strategic planning cycles, including the regular reviews of the strategic plan.
- Proven experience of strategy development and implementation and embedding effective execution frameworks
- Demonstrable experience driving delivery across complex, matrix organisations
- Strong track record of delivering results within a target/performance-driven, environment
- Highly skilled at presenting with the ability to influence at Senior Exec and Board level
This role will require 3 days per week on client in Hampshire.
