I'm working with a mature Cyber Security start up that is looking for a Sales Engineer to cover the EMEA region. They are Series C funded and backed by one of the most respected Technology companies on this planet. They have a strong presence in the US but their EMEA one is much earlier so this is a rare opportunity to work for a proven and well established company but have the whole of EMEA as a region.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and create tailored demonstrations and presentations that highlight the company's value proposition.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer use cases and pain points.
- Conduct technical product demonstrations, effectively addressing customer questions and concerns.
- Collaborate with the product management and engineering teams to provide feedback on customer requirements, product features, and enhancements to continually improve the product.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements, and effectively articulate their relevance to customers.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop technical proposals, respond to RFPs, and support the overall sales process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to ensure customer success and drive long-term business growth.
The ideal candidate would have
- Experience working as a Sales Engineer with a startup
- Cybersecurity experience a plus
- Experience working with Enterprise customers across EMEA
- Technical understanding of cybersecurity products
