I have an immediate opportunity for an experienced RedHat Linux Engineer on an ongoing project with a government client. Due to the urgency and nature of the project, candidates with active SC Clearance would be preferred.
I am therefore keen to speak with candidates who have:
- Extensive, hands-on experience designing, building, and supporting Red Hat Enterprise Linux in production environments.
- Experience of working in central government / critical infrastructure would be preferred.
- Strong background with Red Hat Satellite and Ansible Automation Platform in enterprise environments.
- Proven experience administering VMware solutions supporting enterprise infrastructure.
- Ability to write and review architectural design documents for infrastructure and platform solutions.
- Solid understanding of networking protocols and topologies relevant to Linux platforms.
- Experience supporting business-critical, real-time systems with a focus on availability and proactive improvement.
- Strong communication skills, including customer-facing experience and the ability to write clear technical documentation.
