The Work You'll Love

You’ll handle a broad and complex private client practice, including:

  • Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Delivering estate planning advice, covering:
    • Inheritance Tax
    • Capital Gains Tax
    • Income Tax
    • Creation and structuring of lifetime trusts
  • Managing estate administrations from start to finish, including:
    • Grants of Probate and Letters of Administration
    • Re-sealing of grants
    • Preparing deeds of variation, deeds of gift, and family arrangements
    • Advising on trust creation, management, and structuring, working closely with a specialist Trust Administration team who handle ongoing administration and compliance

We’re keen to speak with qualified solicitors who bring:

  • A strong background in wills, probate, and estate planning, with experience running their own caseload
  • STEP qualification preferred, or a clear commitment to working towards it
  • A confident, personable style with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to work collaboratively, supervise others where appropriate, and lead by example
  • A genuine commitment to exceptional client care
  • Experience managing relationships across teams and with external referrers
