Company Henderson Scott (Search Recruitment Group) is seeking an experienced Senior Finance Business Partner to join our client, a well-established and forward-thinking corporation known for its innovative and growth-focused environment based in Derby. This role is critical in driving strategic financial initiatives and supporting key business decisions. The successful candidate will ideally be an ACA qualified accountant that is able to deliver impactful insights and foster strong partnerships across departments. The Person Requirements as a Senior Finance Business Partner: Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner, Financial Analyst, or similar role within a large organisation. Professional finance qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA) preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
