This role would suit a highly capable end-to-end BA who is comfortable operating in ambiguous environments, shaping loosely defined requirements into structured deliverables and working closely with senior stakeholders across both business and technology teams.

The successful candidate will play a key role across discovery, shaping, planning and delivery activities whilst also helping lead and coordinate wider BA activity across the programme.

Key experience required:

  • Strong Senior Business Analysis experience across large scale transformation programmes
  • Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
  • Experience shaping vague or unformed asks into clear work packages
  • Strong process mapping, requirements gathering and business readiness capability
  • Experience defining and managing analysis plans
  • Ability to work autonomously and lead BA activity across multiple workstreams
  • Agile and/or Waterfall delivery experience
  • Jira / Confluence experience desirable
