Working within a high-security programme landscape, you'll coach, guide, and support Agile teams to improve delivery, optimise value, and embed lasting change. You'll act as a trusted coach and facilitator across one or more delivery teams, applying Agile principles in a pragmatic way to suit complex project needs. This is a hands-on role that will see you collaborating with a wide network of stakeholders, including engineering, software, and programme leadership teams.
