My client is seeking a seasoned Salesforce CRM Team Lead to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you'll lead their Salesforce administrators/developers while shaping an overall CRM strategy. As the Team Lead, you will combine strategic oversight with practical technical skills to ensure our Salesforce platform aligns with evolving business requirements. You'll lead Agile development processes, manage sprint planning, and act as a key liaison between technical execution and business goals.
Required Experience & Skills
- Salesforce certifications (Admin)
- Previous Salesforce experience 4 years+
- Proven track record in Salesforce administration or development roles with deep platform knowledge
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing technical teams in an Agile environment, 2 years +
- Proficiency with Salesforce Flows, standard objects, and core platform capabilities
- Experience in managing Jira boards, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies
- Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Specific Details
- Location: Leeds - 3 days per week in the office and 2 days remote
- Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm Monday-Friday
- Holidays: 25 days + Bank Holidays
- Training: Clear path for professional growth and to develop the Salesforce area of their business.
