A highly regarded and long established regional law firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor / Associate to join its growing Wills, Estate & Tax Planning team in Tunbridge Wells. The firm has built a strong reputation across the South East for its high quality private client offering, advising high net worth individuals, families and business owners on complex estate planning, tax structuring and succession matters.

Key Responsibilities- Advising clients on a wide range of private client matters, including:
- Wills, trusts and estate planning
- Inheritance tax and succession planning
- Lasting powers of attorney
- Lifetime gifting and wealth structuring
- Cross border estate and tax matters
- Acting for high net worth individuals, entrepreneurs, landowners and trustees
- Delivering commercially focused, practical advice tailored to clients' personal circumstances
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Supporting the ongoing growth of the private client team
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with strong experience in private client law
- Solid technical knowledge across wills, trusts, estates and tax planning
- STEP qualification (or working towards) is advantageous
