Key Opportunities:

• Systems Engineering: Develop algorithms, models, and requirements for next-gen seekers.

• Hardware Design: Design and validate RF/microwave and EO/IR systems.

• Integration & Testing: Transition prototypes to robust production-ready solutions.

• Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration: Work with suppliers, customers, and top-tier engineers.

We\’re Looking For:

✔ RF/EO/IR Expertise: Experience in RF systems, optical design, or signal processing.
✔ Technical Skills:

• RF/microwave hardware | EO/IR concept design | DSP/control systems

• Systems modelling (e.g., MATLAB) | Requirements management (DOORS, SysML)

• Design for production (qualification testing, certification).
  ✔ Problem-Solving: Ability to lead technical investigations and deliver solutions.
  ✔ Security Clearance: Eligibility for UK clearance (British citizenship required).
