The Role:
- RF system design, integration, and testing for electronic warfare payloads.
- Requirements management, including decomposition and validation.
- Overseeing hardware transition into production (environmental testing, qualification, certification).
- Technical collaboration with suppliers and cross-disciplinary teams.
- Development and application of RF performance models.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Strong background in RF systems, signal processing, and EW techniques.
- Knowledge of radar systems, electronic countermeasures (ECM), or integrated air defence.
- Experience with SysML, DOORS, or Rhapsody (or similar model-based systems engineering tools).
- Understanding of algorithm design, implementation, and validation for EW applications.
- Eligibility for UK security clearance (must be a British Citizen or dual UK national with British citizenship).
