The Role:

  • RF system design, integration, and testing for electronic warfare payloads.
  • Requirements management, including decomposition and validation.
  • Overseeing hardware transition into production (environmental testing, qualification, certification).
  • Technical collaboration with suppliers and cross-disciplinary teams.
  • Development and application of RF performance models.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Strong background in RF systems, signal processing, and EW techniques.
  • Knowledge of radar systems, electronic countermeasures (ECM), or integrated air defence.
  • Experience with SysML, DOORS, or Rhapsody (or similar model-based systems engineering tools).
  • Understanding of algorithm design, implementation, and validation for EW applications.
  • Eligibility for UK security clearance (must be a British Citizen or dual UK national with British citizenship).
