Due to continued growth, this Top 100 UK law firm with an outstanding reputation for advising high-net-worth individuals, businesses and entrepreneurs is looking to appoint an ambitious Residential Property Solicitor (2-4 PQE at Associate level or 5+PQE at Senior Associate level) to join its highly regarded London team. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong lawyer who wants more than simply running transactions.
The successful candidate will play an active role in developing client relationships, building their professional profile and contributing to the growth of a thriving practice. Working closely with experienced Partners and senior lawyers, you'll gain exposure to high-quality residential property work while being supported to develop your own network, generate work and establish yourself as a key member of the team. For the right individual, this role offers a clear and accelerated route towards Senior Associate and Managing Associate progression.
The Team
The Residential Property team sits within the wider Private Client division and advises a diverse client base including:
- High-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals
- Families and family offices
- Trustees
- Property investors
- Entrepreneurs and business owners
The team handles a broad range of residential property matters including:
- Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
- Remortgages and refinancing transactions
- Lease extensions and enfranchisement
- Complex title issues and property structuring matters
- High-value and time-sensitive transactions
The Opportunity
This role would suit a solicitor who is confident managing their own matters and is keen to take the next step in their career. Alongside advising clients on a broad range of residential property transactions, you will have the opportunity to:
- Develop relationships with introducers and referrers
- Attend networking and business development events
- Build your profile within the London property market
- Contribute to thought leadership and marketing initiatives
