A highly regarded law firm is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor (Associate level, 3+ PQE) to join its well-established Residential Property team in Kingston. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and motivated solicitor or legal executive to handle a diverse range of residential property matters within a firm that has an outstanding reputation in conveyancing.
The Ideal Candidate
- 3+ years' PQE in residential conveyancing
- A strong track record in handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, deeds of variation, and transfers of equity
- The ability to manage a caseload independently, providing a high-quality, client-focused service
- Excellent technical expertise and knowledge of the latest developments in property law
- A proactive and commercial approach with a commitment to business development and marketing
- Proven experience in meeting fee and time targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain excellent client relationships
