Residential Property Lawyer

Role: Conveyancing Solicitor (1.5+ PQE)

The Opportunity A well-established and highly regarded regional law firm is seeking an ambitious Conveyancing Solicitor with a minimum of 1.5 years' PQE to join its successful Property team based in High Wycombe. This is an excellent opportunity for a Property Lawyer looking to work on a broad range of residential conveyancing matters within a supportive and collaborative environment. The successful candidate will manage their own caseload from instruction through to post-completion while working closely with experienced colleagues across the wider Property team. Key Responsibilities Include:

• Managing a varied caseload of residential and commercial property transactions from instruction through to completion.
• Handling all aspects of conveyancing matters independently, including post-completion requirements.
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating legal documentation and contracts.
• Conducting legal research and ensuring compliance with relevant property legislation and regulations.
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, solicitors and other third parties.
• Providing clear, practical and commercially focused legal advice.
• Maintaining accurate file management and ensuring key deadlines are met.
• Building and maintaining strong client and referrer relationships.

You will likely have:

• A minimum of 1.5 years' PQE within Residential and Commercial Property.
• Experience managing your own conveyancing caseload independently.
• Strong technical knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures.
• Excellent communication, organisational and relationship management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
• Experience drafting legal documents and conducting legal research.
• A proactive and client-focused approach to your work.
