Responsibilities
- Manage an existing residential conveyancing caseload, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Handle general residential conveyancing matters
- Client care and transaction management from instruction through to completion
About You
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, CILEX or Chartered Legal Executive
- Minimum 1 year PQE in residential conveyancing
- Confident managing a conveyancing caseload independently
- Team-focused with a collaborative approach
- Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
