The Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a range of residential property transactions, including:
    • Sales and purchases
    • Re-mortgages
    • Transfers of equity
  • Providing clear, practical advice to clients throughout the conveyancing process
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Supporting the continued growth and success of the team

Candidate Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive
  • 2+ years' experience in residential conveyancing
  • Strong technical knowledge and client care skills
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities
  • A proactive and collaborative approach
