Are you a skilled Python Developer with a passion for Cyber Security / Data Loss Prevention (DLP)? I have an immediate opportunity for a talented individual to join a growing team to support the DLP programme of our client in central Glasgow.
I am keen to speak with candidates who have:
- Solid experience in Python development, including frameworks and tools.
- Experience with libraries such as Pytest, Requests, Logging, HTTPx, FastAPI.
- Experience of working in DevOps environments, including familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and test automation.
- Knowledge of containerization such as Docker, Podman, Kubernetes.
- Comfortable working with Windows, Linux, and MacOS.
- Understanding of essential cyber security controls and techniques.
Desirable skills would include:
- Experience with DLP Solutions, e.g. Symantec, Microsoft, Netskope, Proofpoint DLP.
- Knowledge of Terraform, OPA, HashiCorp Sentinel.
- Familiarity with Splunk, Archer, HIVE.
- Experience with cloud technologies.
