The Role

The firm is seeking a bright, motivated, and commercially-minded NQ – 1PQE solicitor to join its dynamic Property Litigation team. This presents a fantastic opportunity for a junior lawyer with a passion for real estate disputes to gain exposure to high-quality work within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Advising clients on a broad range of real estate disputes, including:

• Landlord and tenant matters (lease renewals, forfeiture, dilapidations)
• Development-related disputes (rights to light, restrictive covenants)
• Possession claims and trespass
• Boundary and title disputes
• Enforcement of property rights and contractual obligations
