A highly regarded, award-winning law firm with a Legal 500 ranking is seeking an experienced Private Wealth & Inheritance Solicitor or Fee Earner to join its successful team based in Farnborough. The firm is known for delivering exceptional client service, fostering long-term relationships, and providing full-service legal solutions for businesses, families, and individuals.
The Role
The successful candidate will:
- Manage a diverse caseload of wills, trusts, probate, inheritance tax planning, and estate administration.
- Advise clients on complex inheritance and tax matters.
- Work collaboratively with other departments, including Family and Property, to provide a comprehensive service.
- Mentor and support junior team members, ensuring high standards of client care.
- Play an active role in business development through networking and marketing initiatives.
The Candidate
The ideal applicant will have:
- 2-8 years PQE in Private Wealth, Inheritance, or a related field.
- Strong technical expertise in wills, trusts, probate, and tax planning.
- Excellent communication and client care skills with the ability to handle sensitive matters discreetly.
- Strong organisational skills and experience managing a busy caseload.
- A STEP qualification or the desire to work towards one (desirable but not essential).
