Private Client Solicitor (3+ PQE) – Godalming, Surrey
A well-established and highly regarded law firm in Surrey is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join its team in the Godalming office. This is a permanent position offering a varied and high-quality caseload, a supportive environment, and excellent career development prospects.
The Role
The successful candidate will take on a broad range of private client matters, including:

• Drafting Wills and advising on estate planning
• Probate and administration of estates
• Creation and administration of trusts
• Inheritance tax advice
• Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters

There will be opportunities to work with a loyal client base, including high-net-worth individuals and families, within a friendly and collegiate team environment.
Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years\’ post-qualification experience in private client law
• Strong technical knowledge and a proactive, client-focused approach
• STEP qualification (or working towards it) is advantageous
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident in managing your own caseload independently
