Key Responsibilities
- Managing a varied caseload of private client matters
- Advising clients on wills, estate planning and wealth preservation
- Handling probate and estate administration matters
- Preparing and advising on Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Assisting with trust creation and trust administration
- Advising on inheritance tax and succession planning issues
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Working closely with colleagues to provide a seamless and high-quality client experience
