An established and growing regional law firm is seeking a Wills, Probate & Trusts Lawyer (2-4 PQE) to join its busy and well-supported Private Client department across its Hampshire and West Sussex offices.
The Role
- Manage your own caseload of private client matters with full administrative support, including:
- Drafting Wills
- Probate and estate administration
- Trust creation and administration
- Estate and succession planning
- Advising high-net-worth and elderly clients
You will work collaboratively across both offices, with a designated base office.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor with 2-4 years' PQE in Private Client
- Strong drafting, analytical and communication skills
- Confident managing clients professionally with high levels of client care
- Ideally STEP qualified or willing to undertake STEP qualification (supported by the firm)
- A collaborative, team-oriented mindset
