An established and growing regional law firm is seeking a Wills, Probate & Trusts Lawyer (2-4 PQE) to join its busy and well-supported Private Client department across its Hampshire and West Sussex offices.

The Role

  • Manage your own caseload of private client matters with full administrative support, including:
  • Drafting Wills
  • Probate and estate administration
  • Trust creation and administration
  • Estate and succession planning
  • Advising high-net-worth and elderly clients

You will work collaboratively across both offices, with a designated base office.

About You

  • Qualified Solicitor with 2-4 years' PQE in Private Client
  • Strong drafting, analytical and communication skills
  • Confident managing clients professionally with high levels of client care
  • Ideally STEP qualified or willing to undertake STEP qualification (supported by the firm)
  • A collaborative, team-oriented mindset
