What you'll be doing:
- Act as first-line support for daily SAP/ERP-related issues
- Define and execute audit strategies for master data (materials, BOMs, routings)
- Use SAP to extract, analyse and interpret data; present cause-and-effect insights
- Work with engineering and planning teams to improve MRP output and data integrity
- Align engineering processes with best practices to enhance ERP system output
- Support the Operational Excellence workstream focused on master data
- Create and maintain routing times for accurate SAP capacity planning
- Develop functional specs and user guides; support testing, training, and releases
- Collaborate with third-party support partners to optimise SAP functionality
- Generate and distribute KPI reports and performance dashboards
What we're looking for:
- HNC or equivalent qualification
- ERP system experience essential (SAP highly desirable)
- Analytical mindset with a track record of implementing process improvements
- Experience in planning, manufacturing or data governance preferred
- Strong attention to detail and stakeholder communication skills
- APICS supply chain certification is a plus, not a must
