The Work You'll Love
You’ll handle a broad and complex private client practice, including:
- Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Delivering estate planning advice, covering:
- Inheritance Tax
- Capital Gains Tax
- Income Tax
- Creation and structuring of lifetime trusts
- Grants of Probate and Letters of Administration
- Re-sealing of grants
- Preparing deeds of variation, deeds of gift, and family arrangements
- Advising on trust creation, management, and structuring, working closely with a specialist Trust Administration team who handle ongoing administration and compliance
What We're Looking For
We’re keen to speak with qualified solicitors who bring:
- A strong background in wills, probate, and estate planning, with experience running their own caseload
- STEP qualification preferred, or a clear commitment to working towards it
- A confident, personable style with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work collaboratively, supervise others where appropriate, and lead by example
- A genuine commitment to exceptional client care
- Experience managing relationships across teams and with external referrers
