Due to the urgency and nature of the role, candidates will ideally hold active SC Clearance.
As the IAM Specialist, you'll lead the hands-on delivery of an IGA platform to support end-to-end identity lifecycle management. You'll act as the technical subject matter expert for the IGA implementation, collaborating with stakeholders to embed effective access governance.
I am keen to speak with candidates who have:
- Hands-on experience implementing IGA platforms (for example SailPoint, Saviynt, Omada, One Identity, or similar).
- Proven experience integrating IGA solutions with Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD and connecting HR systems or databases as authoritative sources.
- Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, JML process automation, approval workflows, and access request processes.
- Knowledge of access certification, recertification, attestation campaigns, and RBAC modelling, including role mining and entitlement management.
- Experience with application connector development and configuration, plus strong troubleshooting skills for provisioning and synchronisation issues.
- Strong understanding of authentication protocols such as SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SCIM, and knowledge of directory services (Active Directory, LDAP) and hybrid identity.
- Working knowledge of security frameworks including ISO 27001 and NIST CSF, with good documentation skills for technical configurations and runbooks.
