We are currently partnering with an established construction products business to recruit a Construction Product Sales Representative to support continued growth across the Greater Leeds territory. This opportunity would suit an individual with previous field sales or construction industry experience who enjoys building strong customer relationships, identifying commercial opportunities, and managing accounts within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and developing relationships with existing customers including builders’ merchants, contractors, and trade accounts
  • Identifying and securing new business opportunities across the territory
  • Promoting and selling a range of construction products to both new and existing customers
  • Delivering against sales targets and business objectives
  • Building strong product knowledge to provide technical and commercial support to customers
  • Monitoring competitor activity and market trends within the construction sector
  • Providing regular market and customer feedback to the wider business

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience within field sales, construction product sales, or the building materials sector
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • A proactive and commercially driven approach
  • The ability to work independently and manage their own territory effectively
  • Confidence in developing new business opportunities and maintaining long-term customer relationships
  • A full UK driving licence
