The RoleThis is a senior position with responsibility not just for delivering high‐quality work, but for developing junior lawyers within the team. You\’ll play a meaningful role in shaping how associates think commercially, manage transactions and build trusted client relationships.
This role is built for someone who wants to be at the centre of major corporate activity. You\’ll be advising on:
Employment aspects of large restructurings and insolvency events
M&A and corporate transactions involving high‐value, multi‐jurisdictional work
Strategic advisory support during business‐critical change
Contentious matters tied to high‐profile disputes and executive‐level issues
The team supports an exceptional mix of household‐name clients – from financial institutions and insurers to global tech and retail platforms.
Requirements
An experienced 6 PQE UK Qualified Solictor.
Strong experience advising on employment aspects of restructurings, insolvency events and M&A, including managing employment workstreams within transactions.
Exposure to contentious matters linked to high‐value or sensitive executive‐level disputes.
Proven ability to mentor and develop junior lawyers, helping them build technical and commercial judgement.
