A London-based software company is leading a major customer technology transformation and is looking for a Senior Product Owner with proven Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement) experience to drive the implementation of a brand-new CRM platform.
This is a greenfield opportunity to lead a strategic workstream delivering Dynamics CE as part of a broader programme also involving Adobe CDP & Campaign, with the aim of revolutionising how customers interact across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the product strategy and roadmap for the Microsoft D365 CE platform.
- Own and manage the Dynamics CE backlog, defining priorities and signing off deliverables.
- Act as a senior voice within the Product Chapter, shaping product standards and direction.
- Work closely with business SMEs, implementation partners, and delivery teams.
- Ensure alignment between Dynamics CE, Adobe CDP, and Campaign capabilities.
- Oversee UAT, performance testing, and ensure solutions meet business and compliance needs.
Essential Experience:
- Extensive experience as a Product Owner or Digital Product Manager on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE implementations - this is essential.
- Strong understanding of Dynamics CE modules (Sales & Customer Service) and core features (case management, SLAs, lead/opportunity handling).
- Experience delivering technology change or greenfield programmes.
- Familiarity with the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
- Knowledge of Dataverse, CRM data migration, and system integrations (APIs, data flows).
- Agile delivery experience, with a track record of managing backlogs and defining user stories.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Awareness of GDPR and data privacy requirements.
