Position Available: Manufacturing Engineer

Location: Bedfordshire

Salary: Up to £43,000 + Bonus

Experience needed: An apprenticeship is required for this position along with a background in supporting manufacturing processes and industrial validation. The ideal candidate will have experience with process FMEAs and new product introduction, focusing on safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness in production.

About the role: We have an exciting opportunity for a Manufacturing Engineer to join our development and production manufacturing lines. In this role, you will translate design requirements into user instructions and contribute to developing the project's manufacturing architecture. You'll provide daily operational support to the manufacturing team and have the chance to expand your knowledge and grow your career in various areas of manufacturing.

What we need from you:

  • This role requires an Apprenticeship to NVQ Level 3/TR23/TR21
  • Able to interpret Design Drawings with a view to producing Manufacturing Build Instructions
  • Experience with process FMEAs and manufacturing process validation
  • Experience supporting non-conformance processes
  • Ability to work within and contribute to a team environment
  • Experience within the aerospace, defence, or automotive sector would be a bonus, but not required
