An established organisation within the Healthcare sector is seeking an experienced IT Operations & Information Systems Manager to join their technology function. This role supports a fully outsourced IT environment across infrastructure, systems, service delivery, and operational projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day‑to‑day IT operations and service delivery within a fully outsourced environment
  • Act as the main point of contact between internal stakeholders and external MSP providers
  • Manage operational projects, supplier relationships, escalations, and service improvements
  • Support Information Systems, infrastructure operations, and operational governance activities
  • Coordinate incidents, operational change, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Lead and support a small operational team across service delivery and technology operations

Key Experience

  • Previous experience managing IT Operations or IT Service Delivery environments
  • Strong MSP/vendor management experience
  • Experience acting as a conduit between technical teams and the wider business
  • Background within Information Systems, infrastructure, or operational technology environments
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience managing or mentoring teams
