Are you a hands-on Finance Director who enjoys working with ambitious business owner founders? Does working for a high-growth start-up that is scaling nationally and internationally interest you? Do you have experience of working in FMCG or Consumer?
Henderson Scott is working exclusively with a London-based FMCG/Consumer business looking for their first Finance Director. As Finance Director you will play an integral role in scaling this business. This hands-on role will be based in Central London and will involve building a finance team, scaling the business, providing commercial insight and working with the owner/founders to deliver their vision.
Responsibilities
- Build and lead a high-performing finance team.
- Scale the business through robust financial planning and analysis.
- Provide commercial insight to support strategic decisions.
- Collaborate closely with the owner/founders to deliver their vision.
- Manage relationships with investors and provide them with comprehensive financial reporting.
Requirements
- Hold an accounting qualification.
- Have extensive experience in FMCG or Consumer sectors.
- Demonstrated success in building teams at corporate and SME-sized businesses.
- Experience working with investors and a strong commercial acumen.
- Demonstrated ability to add value and shape the strategic journey of a business.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary is dependent on experience and includes a share scheme.
