An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Experienced Residential Solicitor (1-4 PQE) to take ownership of a caseload within a highly regarded Legal 100 law firm. This role offers the chance to work on rewarding residential property matters, including retirement living transactions, with excellent support and clear progression opportunities.
The Role
- Lead your own residential property transactions, managing both purchases and disposals, often instructed on both sides of a client's move.
- Work directly with a Partner and the wider Real Estate team, with opportunities to develop your technical expertise and influence processes.
- Ensure transactions are progressed efficiently and to the highest standards of client care, handling complex matters where time is often critical.
- Play a role in business development initiatives, including client engagement and networking within the retirement living sector.
- Contribute to a cooperative team environment while enjoying autonomy over your workload.
We're Looking For
- 1-4 years PQE in residential property law.
- Strong knowledge of property law, including landlord and tenant legislation.
- Confident and effective client communication skills, especially over the telephone and in meetings.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
- A proactive and ambitious approach, with a desire to grow within a larger, supportive firm.
