We are supporting a specialist consultancy delivering a high-profile banking remediation and data transformation programme and are looking for a Technical Delivery Lead to join the team.
This is not a traditional Project Manager, PMO or business-facing Product Owner role. We need someone who can operate close to engineering and data teams, get into the detail, challenge technical thinking and help unblock complex delivery issues across banking remediation, data platforms and regulatory change.
The successful candidate will need recent banking experience and be able to communicate clearly and concisely with senior stakeholders while still being comfortable in detailed delivery conversations with engineers, architects and technical teams.
Key experience required:- Recent banking experience
- Technical delivery leadership across data/platform transformation
- Remediation, customer redress, regulatory change or regulatory reporting exposure
- Strong data/platform understanding - data migration, integration, APIs, cloud/data platforms
