The Role
- The successful candidate will work as part of a market-leading disputes group, advising on a broad range of contentious real estate issues, including:
- Commercial landlord and tenant disputes
- Development disputes and rights of light matters
- Telecommunications and infrastructure disputes
- Dilapidations claims
- Insolvency-related property litigation
- Strategic asset management disputes for large real estate portfolios

The Candidate
