A leading international law firm with a top-tier real estate disputes practice is seeking a Junior Solicitor (Newly Qualified to 2 years' PQE) to join its highly regarded London team. The firm is widely recognised for advising major corporates, investors, developers, and financial institutions on complex, high-value property litigation matters.

The Role

  • The successful candidate will work as part of a market-leading disputes group, advising on a broad range of contentious real estate issues, including:
    • Commercial landlord and tenant disputes
    • Development disputes and rights of light matters
    • Telecommunications and infrastructure disputes
    • Dilapidations claims
    • Insolvency-related property litigation
    • Strategic asset management disputes for large real estate portfolios

The role offers early responsibility, direct client contact, and the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues across international offices on cross-border matters.

The Candidate

  • Is newly qualified up to 2 years' PQE (England & Wales-qualified preferred)
  • Has experience in property litigation, ideally gained at a leading City or regional practice
