We're currently recruiting for an experienced Agentic AI Developer to join a growing Digital Workplace team delivering innovative AI solutions across a large enterprise environment. This is an exciting opportunity to work with modern AI technologies, supporting an established Agentic AI platform while developing new AI-powered solutions that will be used across the organisation.

The Role

You'll work alongside an existing Agentic AI Engineer to support, enhance and develop AI agents and intelligent automation solutions. The role will involve both maintaining existing AI capabilities and designing new AI agents, helping to drive the adoption of enterprise AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build and enhance Agentic AI solutions.
  • Develop and support AI agents within an enterprise environment.
  • Support the administration and ongoing development of an enterprise AI platform.
  • Work closely with technical and business stakeholders to identify new AI opportunities.
  • Support testing, deployment and continuous improvement of AI capabilities.
  • Produce documentation and share best practices.
