Your day-to-day will include:
- Handling residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, transfers, and remortgages
- Building and developing the residential property department, including processes and workflows
- Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and third parties to ensure smooth progress
- Drafting contracts, reviewing legal documents, and maintaining compliance standards
We're Looking For:
- Qualified Solicitor, Conveyancer, or Legal Executive with solid residential property experience
- Proven ability to manage a caseload independently
