About the Role: Join a leading public sector client as a Jira/Confluence Specialist! They are rationalising their Atlassian installations and need an experienced administrator to lead, design, and perform the migration. You will also provide ongoing business-driven enhancements and administration of Jira and Confluence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the migration of Jira and Confluence projects/spaces and users.
- Design and implement bespoke Jira projects to support business needs.
- Integrate Jira with ServiceNow for strategic incident management.
- Perform performance tuning and optimisation.
- Collaborate with users in an agile environment to understand and meet their needs.
