An established organisation within the Healthcare sector is seeking an IT Security Analyst to join a growing technology function, supporting security operations across cloud, infrastructure, endpoint, and network environments. Reporting directly into the IT Operations & Information Systems Manager, this is an excellent opportunity for a security professional looking to further develop their career within a collaborative and supportive environment focused on learning, growth, and long-term progression.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support day‑to‑day security operations and incident response activities
  • Assist with vulnerability management, threat monitoring, and security investigations
  • Support security tooling across cloud, endpoint, and network environments
  • Work alongside external security providers and MSP partners
  • Support compliance and governance activities including Cyber Essentials and ISO aligned controls
  • Contribute towards improving organisational cyber security maturity

Key Experience

  • Minimum 2+ years of commercial Information Security or Cyber Security experience
  • Experience working with Microsoft security technologies
  • Exposure to security monitoring, vulnerability management, or SOC operations
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
  • Passion for cyber security, continuous learning, and professional development
