We're looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant to join a major SAP transformation programme. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a large-scale enterprise implementation, supporting the build, testing, deployment and early-life support of a modern SAP payroll solution.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
- Support solution build, integration with Employee Central (EC), testing, UAT and cutover activities.
- Assist with payroll parallel runs and post-go-live support.
- Work collaboratively with technical and functional teams to resolve issues and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Produce functional documentation, solution designs, specifications and other project artefacts.
- Work effectively within a multi-supplier delivery environment.
- Provide effort estimates and contribute to successful project delivery.
- Support knowledge sharing and mentor junior team members where required.
Required Experience
- Strong experience delivering SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) solutions.
- Proven SAP Payroll implementation and/or application support experience across multiple project lifecycles.
- Excellent knowledge of UK Payroll processing, including year-end activities.
- Strong experience writing Payroll PCRs and Schemas.
- Good understanding of Personnel Administration and payroll-related legal changes.
- Experience integrating payroll with Employee Central and third-party systems.
- Broad SAP technical awareness, including areas such as ABAP, Security, BASIS and integrations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Desirable Experience
- Experience within the Public Sector or other highly regulated environments.
- Additional country payroll experience (such as Saudi Arabia/KSA) would be advantageous.
- Experience working on large-scale SAP transformation programmes.
