Employment Lawyer – 3-7 PQE West Malling (fully remote available) Salary: Up to £70,000 DOE A well-regarded specialist legal services provider is looking for an experienced and motivated Employment Lawyer to join their growing Employment, Privacy and Governance team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic legal team delivering high-quality services to a range of public sector clients including local authorities, educational institutions, and external organisations. In this role, you\’ll take the lead on a varied caseload of employment law matters-from complex advisory work to Tribunal litigation-and play a key part in the strategic support of clients on issues such as TUPE, employee relations, and governance. You\’ll also contribute to advocacy efforts, training delivery, and wider cross-team collaboration.
